Yes. We carry the required insurances to work on listed buildings and churches, including Employers Liability, Public Liability, and Professional Indemnity for specifications, material interventions, and condition surveys.

All works are carried out under a contract. Depending on the scope and scale, this may be a Just Lime Ltd contract for smaller domestic jobs or a more formal JCT contract for larger renovation projects.
